Nissan car maker has unveiled first commercial vehicle truck which scheduled to go on sale in spring 2011, it’s 2012 Nissan NV. We get information Nissan Nv will be available in three variants; NV1500, NV2500 HD and NV3500 HD. Two different configurations will also be offered: a standard roof or high roof that offers more interior work and/or cargo space.
The models include in the 2012 Nissan NV lineup are the NV1500 that comes fitted with a 4.0-litre V6 (261 horsepower and 281 lb-ft of torque) as standard, the NV2500 powered by either a 4.0-litre V6 or a 5.6-litre V8 (317 horsepower and 385 lb-ft of torque), plus the NV3500 HD which uses a 5.6-litre V8 for propulsion. Both powertrain options come mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission. There are also two equipment grades offered for the 2012 Nissan NV badged as the S and SV, while the roof configuration are Standard Roof and High Roof.
